Steampunk Cocktail Retrospective

   Cocktail  Recipes

Shoot the tea party - lets break out the hard stuff and have a good time by Jupiter

Cocktails were born from the need to disguise low quality  wines and spirits in the far flung outposts of  expeditions, military campaign and times of  Temperance & Prohibition bootlegging.

Names of early cocktails reflect their era and exotic occidental origin or risque` underground  & blackmarket beginnings.

There is a reason a traditional cocktail tastes like old style cough medicine (apart from the original supplements being banned). Most ingredients are simple and at hand in the cupboard.

Steampunk Jeans : Frankie B  Stars n Stripes Skinny

Not a brand  Sister Steampunk would normally ascribe to the Steampunk ethos, Frankie B have produced a seriously Steampunk jean to stride out in.  They are a women's  design  -  but the right man could really rock these out

I would advise for modesty however, wearing something on top. Maybe a navy blazer with grey singlet; white / blue denim style jacket or a  waistcoat
